Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of the LUNIXO website and the purchase of our products and services.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information supplied by the customer. Changes to dimensions, materials, quantities, designs, finishing, or delivery requirements may change the final price.
A quotation is not considered accepted until the required payment or deposit has been received.
Customer Approval
The customer must review and approve all relevant project details before production, including:
- Dimensions
- Materials
- Quantities
- Names and spelling
- Design layout
- File version
- Finishing requirements
- Delivery information
LUNIXO is not responsible for errors that were present in customer-supplied files or approved project details.
Custom Orders
Custom, personalised, manufactured-to-order, or digitally prepared products may not be cancelled after design preparation or production has started.
Intellectual Property
Customers must have permission to use any trademarks, logos, drawings, photographs, artwork, or files submitted to LUNIXO.
The customer accepts responsibility for intellectual-property claims resulting from unauthorised content they provide.
Production Tolerances
CNC machining, cutting, engraving, material finishing, and assembly may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Natural materials may contain variations in grain, shade, texture, and appearance.
Payments
Orders may require full payment or a deposit before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed quotation.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing. LUNIXO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, material shortages, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
