At LUNIXO, quality control starts before production. Each project is reviewed to confirm that the dimensions, materials, files, and manufacturing requirements are clearly defined.

Our Process

1. Project Review

We review your drawings, files, measurements, material requirements, quantity, and intended application.

2. Design Preparation

Our team prepares or adjusts the design for CNC production. This may include correcting geometry, checking dimensions, and improving the file structure.

3. Material and Tool Selection

The appropriate material, cutting tool, machining method, and production settings are selected for the project.

4. CNC Production

The approved project is produced using the selected CNC process.

5. Inspection

Finished items are checked against the agreed project specifications.

6. Packaging or Delivery

The completed order is prepared for collection, shipping, or digital delivery, depending on the service purchased.

Customer Approval

For custom projects, production may begin only after the customer has approved the final specifications, price, and design.

Customers are responsible for checking names, dimensions, spelling, quantities, and other personalised details before approval.
