Can you create a design from a sketch?

Yes. We can review sketches, reference images, dimensions, and project descriptions to determine whether they can be converted into a CNC-ready design.

Which file formats do you accept?

We may work with DXF, DWG, SVG, STEP, STL, PDF, AI, EPS, and common image formats. Compatibility depends on the project.

Can you manufacture one prototype?

Prototype and single-item projects may be accepted depending on the design, material, size, and production requirements.

Do you accept large production orders?

Production availability depends on quantity, machine capacity, material availability, and the requested deadline.

Can I change my design after approving it?

Changes requested after approval may create additional design charges, material costs, or production delays. Production that has already started may not be changed.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the design, material, quantity, finishing requirements, and current workload. The estimated timeframe will be provided before the order is confirmed.

Can you guarantee exact colour matching?
